• Lead the planning and implementation of project.
• Manage project budget to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverable
• Create project milestone and update PMS.
• Manage project resource allocation.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Present weekly reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Regular Sprint demo to Client.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Carry out sprint meeting with developers.
• Set up to do list in Task management Software.
• To check on developers work using bug tracking tool.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results.
